    If you are in Bar Harbor, start by heading to the Bar Harbor Village Green. From the Village Green, walk south on Main St. towards the Shore Path. Continue walking along the Shore Path until you reach the end, where it meets the entrance to Acadia National Park. Once inside the park, follow the signs for the Park Loop Road. You will eventually come to a designated parking area near Hunters Beach. The beach is a short walk from the parking area.

    From Bar Harbor, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. After renting your bike, head towards the Acadia National Park entrance on the Park Loop Road. Follow the road until you see the signs for Hunters Beach. There are bike racks available at the beach where you can securely park your bike. The ride is approximately 5 miles and offers beautiful views along the way.

    Take the Island Explorer shuttle bus from Bar Harbor. Look for the bus route that goes to the Sand Beach stop. Once you get off at Sand Beach, follow the Park Loop Road south for about a mile until you reach the Hunters Beach area.
