If you're driving from Portland, ME, take I-295 South toward the South Portland exit. Continue on US-1 South until you reach the Bowery Beach Road exit. Turn left onto Bowery Beach Road and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. Crescent Beach State Park will be on your left at 109 Bowery Beach Rd, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107. There is a parking fee of $6 for Maine residents and $8 for non-residents.

To reach Crescent Beach State Park via public transportation, take the South Portland Bus Line (Metro Bus) from downtown Portland. Board the Route 24 bus toward Cape Elizabeth and disembark at the intersection of Ocean House Rd and Bowery Beach Rd. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) to the park entrance. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest times, as service may vary.

If you're cycling from Portland, you can take the scenic route along the Eastern Promenade Trail. Head south on the trail until you reach the South Portland Greenbelt Trail, which connects to Route 77. Continue on Route 77 until you reach Bowery Beach Road.
