From Livingstonia, start by heading south on the M5 road. Follow the signs toward Mzuzu. After about 30 km, you will reach the junction at Kachulu. Turn left onto the road leading to Nyika National Park. Continue on this road for approximately 40 km until you arrive at the park entrance in Chelinda. Note that the road can be rough; a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Entrance fees for the park are approximately $10 per person.

To travel by public transport, head to the nearest bus station in Livingstonia. Look for a minibus heading to Mzuzu. After about 30 km, disembark at the Kachulu junction. From there, you can either wait for a local taxi or find another minibus heading toward Nyika National Park. The taxi ride will cost around $15, and the minibus fare will be less, typically around $3-5. The journey may take longer due to stops and the condition of the roads.
