If you are starting from the Kota Bharu Central Market, head east on Jalan Masjid towards Jalan Sultanah Zainab. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Istana. Turn left onto Jalan Istana and walk for another 300 meters. Pitis Bank will be on your right side.
