From Bethesda, walk to the Bethesda Metro Station located at 7400 Wisconsin Ave. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Stay on the train for 9 stops until you reach the Metro Center station. At Metro Center, transfer to the Blue, Orange, or Silver Line train and take it to the McPherson Square station. Once you exit the McPherson Square station, walk northwest on 15th St NW towards K St NW. Turn right onto K St NW and continue walking until you reach the intersection with New York Ave NW. Turn left onto New York Ave NW, and The Park at CityCenter DC will be on your right at 1098 New York Ave NW.

From the Bethesda area, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Ride On Bus Route 34 towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. Get off at the stop at Wisconsin Ave and Montgomery Ave. From there, transfer to the Metrobus Route L8 towards the Takoma Metro Station. Get off at the stop at 14th St NW and New York Ave NW. Walk east along New York Ave NW, and The Park at CityCenter DC will be on your left at 1098 New York Ave NW.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local bike-share station in Bethesda. Start your ride heading southeast on Wisconsin Ave, then take the Capital Crescent Trail towards Washington, DC. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with the Potomac River, then turn left onto Water St NW. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with New York Ave NW. Turn right onto New York Ave NW, and The Park at CityCenter DC will be on your left at 1098 New York Ave NW.
