If you're driving, start by heading to Potomac Falls, MD 20854. From Washington, D.C., take I-495 N towards Silver Spring. Merge onto I-270 N and take exit 5B to merge onto MD-189 N/Old Georgetown Rd. Continue on MD-189 N for about 4 miles, then turn left on MacArthur Blvd. Follow MacArthur Blvd for approximately 2 miles until you see the entrance to the Billy Goat Trail parking area. The East End Trailhead is located at the end of the parking lot.
