From Hagerstown, head to the Hagerstown Transit bus station located at 123 E Franklin St. Take the 'Route 1' bus towards Martinsburg. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop for 'Martinsburg Amtrak Station'. Then, transfer to the 'West Virginia Route 9' bus towards Harpers Ferry. This bus will take you directly to Harpers Ferry. Once you arrive, it's a short walk to Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, located at 171 Shoreline Dr.

Make your way to the Hagerstown train station located at 300 E Franklin St. Board an Amtrak train heading towards Washington, D.C. Get off at the Harpers Ferry station. After exiting the station, head north on Washington St towards Shoreline Dr. Continue walking straight until you reach Harpers Ferry National Historical Park at 171 Shoreline Dr.
