Remain on the train for about 30 minutes and disembark at the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Yellow Line train towards Mount Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center and get off at the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Finally, walk for about 10 minutes by heading southeast on 7th St SW, then turning left onto Independence Ave SW. The Library of Congress will be on your left at 101 Independence Ave SE.
