From anywhere in Seneca Creek State Park, head south on MD-119 S (Seneca Creek Road) toward MD-355 S (Frederick Road). Merge onto MD-355 S and continue for approximately 3 miles. Take the exit onto I-270 N towards Frederick. Merge onto I-70 W and drive for about 21 miles. Take exit 52 for US-340 S toward Harpers Ferry. Follow US-340 S for about 8 miles, then take the exit for Harpers Ferry. Follow the signs to the park entrance. Once you arrive at the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, the address is 171 Shoreline Dr, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.

To get to Harpers Ferry National Historical Park via public transportation from Seneca Creek State Park, you will first need to take a bus to the nearest Metro station. Head to the Germantown Transit Center and take the Ride On bus to the Shady Grove Metro Station. From Shady Grove, take the Red Line towards Glenmont and transfer at the Rockville station to the Metro's Red Line towards Silver Spring. Then, take the Metro to the Washington Union Station. From there, catch an Amtrak train to Harpers Ferry station. Once you arrive at Harpers Ferry station, it's about a 15-minute walk to the park entrance. Follow the signage to the park entrance, or use a map app for precise walking directions to 171 Shoreline Dr, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.
