From Waldorf, head to the nearest bus stop located along Crain Hwy (US-301). Board a Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus route 34 toward Washington, DC. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Disembark the bus at the 'Southern Avenue Metro Station' stop. From there, transfer to the Washington Metro, taking the Green Line toward Greenbelt. After three stops, get off at 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' station. Finally, transfer to the Red Line and head toward Glenmont. Get off at 'Metro Center' station. Once you exit the station, follow signs for the 11th St NW exit, then walk approximately 0.4 miles (about 8-10 minutes) via 11th St NW toward New York Ave NW. The Park at CityCenter DC will be on your left at 1098 New York Ave NW.

To reach the Park at CityCenter DC from Waldorf by train, first, make your way to the nearest Amtrak station in Alexandria, VA. You can take a local bus or taxi to get there. Once at the Alexandria station, purchase a ticket to Washington, DC's Union Station. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Union Station, exit the station and find the Metro Red Line. Take the Metro toward Glenmont and ride for two stops, getting off at 'Metro Center'. From there, follow the directions from the Metro Center to walk to the Park at CityCenter DC, which is about a 0.4-mile walk along 11th St NW toward New York Ave NW.
