Bicycle
From the center of Tulum, head north on Avenida Tulum towards the intersection with Calle Centauro Sur. Turn left onto Calle Centauro Sur and continue until you reach the intersection with Avenida 5. Turn right onto Avenida 5 and follow it north. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach the entrance to Laguna Coba. Make sure to bring water and sunscreen for the ride.

Collectivo
To reach Laguna Coba using a collectivo, walk to the ADO bus station in Tulum. Look for the collectivos heading towards Coba, which leave frequently. The fare is usually around 50 pesos. Inform the driver that you want to go to Laguna Coba. The journey takes about 30 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the main road entrance. From there, it is a short walk to the Laguna.

If you find yourself in the village of Coba, you can reach Laguna Coba on foot. From the main square, head east on Calle 12 until you reach Avenida 1. Turn left and follow Avenida 1 north. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Laguna Coba. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk.
