From downtown Mount Pleasant, head southeast on S Mission St towards E Broadway St. Continue onto E Broadway St until you reach the intersection with N Mission St. Turn right onto N Mission St and follow it for about 2 miles. When you reach the intersection with E Pickard St, turn left. Continue on E Pickard St for another mile. Then, turn right onto S Brown St, which will take you through the residential area. At the T-junction, take a left onto E Remus Rd and continue until you reach the intersection with S Isabella Rd. Turn right onto S Isabella Rd, and follow it for about 4 miles. Finally, turn left onto W Pickard Rd, which will lead you to the intersection with Bears Bluff Rd. Deep Water Vineyard is located at 6775 Bears Bluff Rd, Wadmalaw Island, SC 29487.

From downtown Mount Pleasant, take the local transit bus from the nearest bus stop on S Mission St. Board the bus heading towards the city center. Transfer to the bus that goes to the Isabella County Transportation Commission (ICTC) at the main transit hub. Once at the ICTC, take the route towards Wadmalaw Island. You will need to disembark at the nearest stop to Bears Bluff Rd. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Deep Water Vineyard located at 6775 Bears Bluff Rd. Follow the signs or use a maps application for precise walking directions.

If you're starting from the Chippewa River, follow the riverbank trail heading west until you reach S Mission St. Cross over to S Mission St and head south towards E Broadway St. Turn left onto E Broadway St and proceed until you reach N Mission St. Turn right and follow N Mission St. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach E Pickard St. Turn left, and then continue straight. When you reach S Brown St, take a left and follow it to the T-junction. Turn left at the T-junction onto E Remus Rd. Continue on E Remus Rd and then turn right onto S Isabella Rd. After about 4 miles, turn left onto W Pickard Rd, and finally, turn left at the intersection with Bears Bluff Rd. Deep Water Vineyard will be on your right at 6775 Bears Bluff Rd.
