From the Fontvieille Marina, head towards the main road, Avenue des Olympiades. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de la Madone. Continue walking straight until you reach Avenue de la Costa. Turn left and follow this road until you reach the bus stop 'Fontvieille - Le Larvotto'. From there, take bus line 100 towards Nice. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Gare Routière' in Nice. From the bus stop, walk straight along Avenue Thiers until you reach Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez. Turn right and walk around 500 meters until you see the Musée Matisse on your left at 164 Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez.

From Fontvieille, walk to the nearest bus stop 'Fontvieille - Le Larvotto'. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Gare Routière' in Nice. From there, transfer to tram line 1 in the direction of 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Alight at the stop 'Gare Thiers'. From 'Gare Thiers', walk straight along Avenue Thiers, then turn right onto Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the Musée Matisse at 164 Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez.
