    Start from the Fontvieille Park. Head northeast towards the Avenue des Papalins. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Avenue des Moulins. Walk along Avenue des Moulins until you reach the entrance of the Princess Grace Rose Garden. From there, head towards the main road, Boulevard Charles III. Cross over to the other side of Boulevard Charles III and continue walking towards the Monte Carlo Casino area. Follow the signs directing you to the Monaco-Monte Carlo train station. Once you reach the train station, head towards the exit and take the train to Nice Ville station. Upon arrival at Nice Ville, exit the station and head towards Avenue Thiers. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Rue Saint-François de Paule, where the Opéra de Nice is located at number 4-6.

    From Fontvieille, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenue des Papalins. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais' stop. From there, walk towards the beach and follow the promenade until you reach the main street. Continue walking straight until you reach Rue Saint-François de Paule. The Opéra de Nice will be on your right at number 4-6.
