Walking
From the center of Fontvieille, head towards the Fontvieille Marina. Once you reach the marina, walk along the waterfront promenade. Continue straight until you reach the end of the marina area, where you will see the entrance to the 'Jardin Animalier de Monaco'. Follow the path that leads you to the main road. Cross the road and continue straight; after about 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the intersection with Avenue de la Californie. Turn right on Avenue de la Californie and walk for another 10 minutes until you reach the Promenade des Anglais. Parc Phœnix will be on your left at 405 Prom. des Anglais.
