From Fontvieille, head towards the main street Avenue des Spélugues. Walk along this avenue until you reach the roundabout at the end. Take the second exit onto Avenue de la Costa, continuing straight. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the Port Hercule. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the border with Menton. You will cross into Menton, where the beach is located. Look for signs that direct you to Plage des Sablettes.

From Fontvieille, walk to the closest bus stop at the 'Fontvieille' bus stop located on Avenue des Spélugues. Take bus line 100 towards Menton. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Menton - Sablettes' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Plage des Sablettes. Follow the path towards the beach, and you will see the beautiful sandy beach ahead.
