Getting There

    Start at Thamel, a popular tourist area in Kathmandu. From Thamel, head east on the main road (Tridevi Marg) towards the Ason area. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Ason Chowk, a bustling market intersection. At Ason Chowk, take a left onto Ason Street. Walk straight along Ason Street for another 500 meters, and you will see the Annapurna Temple on your right, near P846+WW7.

    If you're starting at Durbar Square, head northeast towards the main road. Exit the square and turn left to walk towards the New Road (Dharma Path). Continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach Ason Chowk. From Ason Chowk, turn right onto Ason Street and walk for approximately 500 meters. Annapurna Temple will be located on your right, near P846+WW7.

    From Swayambhunath Stupa (the Monkey Temple), you can walk down the hill towards the city. Once at the base, head towards the main road and take a left to follow the road north.
