If you are staying in the central area of Kathmandu, head towards Durbar Square. From Durbar Square, walk straight out of the square and take a left onto Bhaktapur Durbar Road. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Thamel Marg. Turn right onto Thamel Marg and follow the road straight. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Thamel Bazar, which is bustling with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Look for the sign that says 'Thamel Bazar' or the address 'P876+PGW, Thamel Marg'.

If you are near the Kathmandu Guest House, exit the guest house and take a right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the traffic intersection. At the intersection, turn left onto Thamel Marg. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Thamel Bazar on your left side.

From Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), exit the temple area and walk down the hill towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, take a left and continue walking straight. After about 20-25 minutes, you will reach the Thamel area. Look for Thamel Marg, where you will see signs indicating Thamel Bazar.
