From the center of Nagarkot, start by heading south on the main road that leads out of town. Walk approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading to Bhaktapur. Continue straight, following signs for Budhanilkantha. After about 4 kilometers, you will reach the entrance to Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park.
