Getting There

    If you are driving, start at the Lake Mead Visitor Center located at 10 Lakeshore Rd, Boulder City, NV 89005. From there, take Lakeshore Rd heading east. Continue on NV-167 N for approximately 12 miles, then merge onto I-15 N. After about 15 miles, take exit 64 for NV-169 toward Overton. Follow NV-169 for about 23 miles until you reach Overton. Once in Overton, continue on NV-169 until you see signs for Valley of Fire State Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance. Parking is available at the Valley of Fire State Park, and you may need to pay a fee of $10 per vehicle for park entry. The Fire Cave/Windstone Arch is located within the park. Follow the marked trails to reach the arch.

    Public transportation options are limited in this area. If you are relying on public transport, your best option is to take a Greyhound bus to Las Vegas. From Las Vegas, you would need to rent a car to reach the Valley of Fire State Park and Fire Cave/Windstone Arch, as there are no direct public transit routes to the park. Once you have a rental car, follow the same driving directions as above from the Lake Mead Visitor Center.
