If you're starting from the Exchange Place PATH station, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the next stop, which is the World Trade Center station. From there, transfer to the PATH train heading to Hoboken and get off at the Newport station. Once you arrive at Newport, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. Follow the signs to the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway, which will lead you towards Liberty State Park.
