From Paterson, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. You can catch the 190 bus towards New York Port Authority. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. From there, it's a short walk to Wollman Rink. Exit the terminal and walk south towards 42nd St. Then, take the subway line 1, 2, or 3 from 42nd St/Times Sq to 59th St/Columbus Circle. From Columbus Circle, walk north on Central Park South until you reach 5th Ave, then turn right. Wollman Rink will be on your left, located in Central Park.

From Paterson, go to the Paterson train station and catch a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, transfer to the A, C, or E subway lines to reach 59th St/Columbus Circle. After exiting the subway station, head north on Central Park South, then turn right onto 5th Ave. Wollman Rink is located on your left in Central Park.

If you are in central Paterson, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the NJ Transit bus towards New York. Once you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal, navigate to 42nd St and head to Columbus Circle via subway. For a scenic route, consider walking along the Hudson River Greenway, then through Central Park to reach Wollman Rink. This walking route will take longer but offers beautiful views.
