Car
If you are traveling by car from anywhere in the Southern Tier, take I-87 North towards Albany. Merge onto I-84 West towards Newburgh. Take exit 5 for Beacon/Newburgh. Continue on Route 9D South towards Beacon. After about 3 miles, turn left onto Sterling St. Mount Gulian Historic Site will be on your left at 145 Sterling St, Beacon, NY 12508. Parking is available on-site.

For those using public transportation, take a train via Metro-North Railroad from various locations in the Southern Tier (check your local station for options) to the Beacon station. Once you arrive at Beacon station, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to Mount Gulian Historic Site, which is approximately 1.5 miles away. Alternatively, you can walk, which will take about 30 minutes. From the station, head south on Main St, then turn right on Route 9D and follow it until you reach Sterling St, where you will turn left to find the site.
