Once you arrive at Sumner Village, you will want to get off the bus and head towards the coast. From the bus stop, walk towards the beach, and then follow the coastal path leading to Godley Head Farm Park. This walk is about 45 minutes and offers beautiful views of the coastline.

If you prefer to walk directly from a central point like Cathedral Square, head south on Colombo Street until you reach the intersection with Moorhouse Avenue. Turn left onto Moorhouse Avenue and continue straight until you reach the bus interchange at the end. From there, you can catch the number 100 bus to Sumner Village as mentioned above. After reaching Sumner Village, proceed to the coast and follow the coastal path to Godley Head Farm Park. This entire journey on foot will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.

Start from Cathedral Square and head south on Manchester Street, then turn onto Moorhouse Avenue, cycling until you reach the Sumner area.
