Make sure to check the timetable for the latest schedule. After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the 'Whangarei Heads Road' stop. From there, walk along Whangarei Heads Road for about 15 minutes. HeadsUp Adventures will be on your left at 189 Whangarei Heads Road.

If you're near the Town Basin, head southeast along the Hatea River Walkway. Continue towards the Whangarei Art Museum and cross the bridge. Follow the road leading to Whangarei Heads, which will eventually lead you to Whangarei Heads Road. The journey is around 6.5 kilometers, so it’s advisable to wear comfortable shoes. After about 1.5 hours of walking, you will arrive at 189 Whangarei Heads Road where HeadsUp Adventures is located.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Whangarei city center and follow the same route as the walking directions. You can ride along the Hatea River Walkway, then follow the road signs to Whangarei Heads. The distance is approximately 6.5 kilometers and should take about 25-30 minutes by bike.
