    From anywhere in Linn County, start by heading to the nearest major road that connects to Highway 126. If you're in Sweet Home, take Highway 20 east to connect with Highway 126 at the intersection. If you're in Albany, take I-5 south to Highway 20, then head east to Highway 126. Once on Highway 126, drive approximately 33 miles to McKenzie Bridge. Look for the signs for National Forest Road 2672, which will be to the right. Turn onto National Forest Road 2672 and follow it for about 2 miles. You will find the parking area for Tamolitch Falls (Blue Pool) at the end of this road.

  • Public Transportation

    Public transportation options are limited in this area, but you can take the Lane Transit District (LTD) bus service from Eugene to the McKenzie River area. From Eugene, take bus route 91 to the McKenzie River area. Once you arrive at McKenzie Bridge, you will need to either walk or arrange for a taxi/rideshare service to National Forest Road 2672. The walk is approximately 2 miles from the nearest bus stop to the parking area for Tamolitch Falls (Blue Pool).
