If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head south on Avenida El Sol. After about 5 minutes, turn left onto Calle Santa Catalina Ancha. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. Museo Casa Concha will be located on your right at F2MF+365, Sta. Catalina Ancha.

From San Pedro Market, exit the market and head west on Avenida San Pedro. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Armas, then follow the previous directions from Plaza de Armas to Museo Casa Concha.
