You can park at nearby public parking areas such as 'Parque de Estacionamento Ribeira' (cost approximately €2-4 per hour). After parking, walk towards the bridge for stunning views.

For those using public transportation, take a train from Beira Alta to Porto. The trains run frequently, and you can check schedules on Comboios de Portugal's website. The journey takes about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the service. Once you arrive at São Bento station in Porto, exit and walk towards the riverfront. From there, head west along the Douro River until you reach the Luís I Bridge, approximately a 20-minute walk.

Another option is to take a bus from Beira Alta to Porto. Check the local bus service for schedules and routes. The journey may take around 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Bus Terminal in Porto, exit and follow the signs towards the metro station (Campo 24 de Agosto). Board the metro (Line D - Yellow Line) towards 'Hospital de S. João' and get off at 'São Bento' station. From there, walk towards the river and follow the path to the Luís I Bridge.
