    If you're driving from Beira Alta, take the A1 motorway towards Porto. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, take exit 15 for A20 toward Vila Nova de Gaia. Continue on A20 and follow signs for N222. Once you reach Vila Nova de Gaia, follow the signs for Miradouro da Serra do Pilar. You can park in the nearby areas, but be mindful of parking regulations. Note that some areas may require a parking fee, which can range from €0.50 to €1.50 per hour.
