From Braga city center, walk to the bus station (Estação de Braga) located at Avenida da Liberdade. Take the bus number 3 (or 3X) towards Porto. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Porto, get off at the stop 'Serralves'. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes to the Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Serralves, located at R. Dom João de Castro 210.

Train and Tram
Start at Braga's train station (Estação de Braga). Board a train heading towards Porto (São Bento station). The train ride takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at São Bento station, exit and walk to the nearby São Bento Metro station. Take Line A (Blue Line) towards Senhor de Matosinhos. Change at Casa da Música station to Line E (Purple Line) towards Estádio do Dragão. Get off at the 'Casa da Música' station and transfer to tram line 1. Take the tram towards 'Passeio Alegre' and get off at 'Serralves'. The museum is a short walk from the tram stop.

If you are located in the central area of Braga, you can take a scenic walk towards the bus station (Estação de Braga) and follow the bus directions. Alternatively, if you prefer a longer walking route, you can walk to the train station and take the train towards Porto as described above. However, please note that walking directly to Porto from Braga is quite a distance (about 50 km), so using public transport is recommended.
