If you are driving from Peso da Régua, take the N-222 road towards Porto. Continue on this road for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. As you approach Porto, follow the signs for 'Centro' and merge onto Avenida da Boavista. After about 5 km, turn right onto Rua de Camões, then another right onto Rua de Trindade. You will find Igreja da Santíssima Trindade at Praça Trindade 170, right in front of you.

To reach Igreja da Santíssima Trindade using public transport from Peso da Régua, first take the train from Peso da Régua station to Porto São Bento station. This journey takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Porto São Bento, exit the station and walk to the nearby metro station 'São Bento'. Take the metro line D (yellow line) towards 'Hospital de São João' and get off at 'Trindade' station. From Trindade station, it's a short 5-minute walk to Praça Trindade 170, where you will find the church.

If you are coming from Lamego, drive on the N-225 for about 30 minutes until you reach the junction with the A24. Merge onto A24 and continue for about 30 km. Take the exit towards the A1 motorway towards Porto. After approximately 60 km, take the exit for 'Centro'. Continue straight, and turn left onto Avenida dos Aliados. Finally, turn onto Rua de Camões and then right onto Rua de Trindade to reach Igreja da Santíssima Trindade at Praça Trindade 170.
