Metro
If you are near the Trindade Metro Station, take the Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovídio. Get off at the Casa da Música station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Rotunda da Boavista. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida da Boavista. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Camões. Turn left onto Rua de Camões, and then follow it until you reach the riverbank. Keep walking along the river until you arrive at Jardim do Passeio Alegre.

Bus
You can take Bus number 500 from the central bus station, Campo 24 de Agosto. Board the bus and travel until you reach the stop called 'Foz do Douro'. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the Douro River and you will see the entrance to Jardim do Passeio Alegre just ahead.

Walking
If you are in the Ribeira area, walk along the riverfront towards the south. Head towards the Dom Luis I Bridge and cross it to the other side of the river. Once across, follow the signs towards Foz do Douro. Walk along the riverbank for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Jardim do Passeio Alegre. The park will be on your left side.

From the city center, head to the São Bento train station and find the tram stop for the historic Tram 1. Board the tram and enjoy the scenic ride along the river. Get off at the 'Passeio Alegre' stop. Once you exit the tram, the entrance to Jardim do Passeio Alegre will be right in front of you.
