Walking
From the center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the main bus station (Nuwara Eliya Main Bus Stand). Once you reach the bus station, look for buses heading to Belihuloya. Board one of these buses, which should be clearly marked. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arriving at Belihuloya, ask the driver to drop you off near the Pahanthudawa Waterfall, as it is a well-known landmark. From the drop-off point, walk for about 10-15 minutes along the marked trails to reach the waterfall.

Tuk-tuk
From anywhere in Nuwara Eliya, you can easily find a tuk-tuk (three-wheeler taxi). Negotiate a fare with the driver to take you to Pahanthudawa Waterfall in Belihuloya. The ride should take approximately 1.5 hours. Make sure to mention the waterfall specifically, as it's a popular tourist destination. The driver will drop you off near the entrance to the waterfall area, from where you can walk to the waterfall itself.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer a more adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Nuwara Eliya. Start your journey from the town center and head towards the A7 road. Follow the road to Belihuloya, which is around 30 kilometers away. The ride will take about 2-3 hours, depending on your pace. Once you reach Belihuloya, follow the signs to Pahanthudawa Waterfall. It will take you about 20 minutes to walk to the waterfall from the main road.
