From Wilpattu National Park, exit the park through the main entrance. Head southeast on the A12 highway towards Anuradhapura. Continue for approximately 35 kilometers until you reach the junction at Mannar Road (A14). Turn left onto the A14 highway. After about 20 kilometers, you will reach Manampitiya. From there, follow the Manampitiya-Aralaganwila-Maduru Oya Road for approximately 15 kilometers until you arrive at Maduru Oya National Park. Note that a vehicle will incur fuel costs, and there may be a park entrance fee, so ensure to have local currency on hand.
