If you are in Locarno, head to the Locarno train station (Stazione FFS). Take a train heading towards Como. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Como station, exit the train and follow the signs to the city center.

From Locarno, you can take a bus to Como. Go to the Locarno bus station (Autostazione). Look for the bus line heading to Como, which is usually well-marked. The trip should take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus station in Como, make your way to Via Regina Teodolinda.

Once you reach the Como train or bus station, exit and head towards the main square (Piazza Cavour). From there, walk along the lakefront promenade (Lungolago) until you reach the main road. Continue on Via Vittorio Emanuele until you reach Via Regina Teodolinda. The Basilica of Saint Abundius will be located at number 35 on this street. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the train or bus station.
