Walking
Start at the main train station in Lugano, known as 'Lugano Stazione'. Exit the station and head towards the bus terminal directly adjacent to the station. From here, take bus number 2 towards 'Pazzallo'. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Alight at the 'Pazzallo' stop. Once you get off the bus, turn right and walk towards the intersection. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via Pazzallo and continue straight for about 500 meters. You will then reach the intersection with Via Odescalchi. Turn left onto Via Odescalchi. San Pietro in Atrio will be located on your left. The entire journey should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on the bus schedule.

From the center of Lugano, walk to the main bus terminal at Piazza della Riforma. Take bus number 1 towards 'Lugano, Stazione'. After a short ride of about 5 minutes, transfer to bus number 2 at 'Lugano, Stazione' heading towards 'Pazzallo'. Alight at the 'Pazzallo' stop. From there, continue as described in the walking instructions: turn right at the intersection, head straight to the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via Pazzallo, and then left onto Via Odescalchi where San Pietro in Atrio will be on your left. The total travel time should be about 30-45 minutes.
