From the center of Moshi, head towards the main road, Uhuru Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Moshi Bus Station. Here, ask for a 'Dala Dala' (shared minibus) heading towards Mweka. Board the Dala Dala and inform the conductor you are going to Mweka gate. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Mweka gate stop, which is well-marked. After disembarking, follow the signs to the entrance of Mount Kilimanjaro National Park, where Mweka gate is located.
