Walking
If you are starting from the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar, head east on Sukhaphiban 2 Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Phaholyothin Road. Cross the road and continue straight onto the road leading to the King Mangrai Monument. The monument will be on your left after a short walk of about 300 meters.

Tuk-tuk
From the Chiang Rai Bus Station, hire a tuk-tuk and inform the driver to take you to the King Mangrai Monument. It is approximately a 10-minute ride. The driver will navigate through the local streets, and you can enjoy the sights along the way. Just let the driver know you want to go to the monument at the 'Five-Way Intersection' (Haa Yaek) in the Wiang area.

From the Chiang Rai Bus Terminal, look for a local bus heading towards the central area or the Clock Tower. Get off at the Clock Tower stop and then walk to the Five-Way Intersection (Haa Yaek). From the intersection, the King Mangrai Monument is just a short walk away, located on your left side as you walk towards the Wiang area.
