Walking
If you are starting from Edinburgh Waverley Station, exit the station onto Market Street. Turn left and walk along Market Street until you reach the junction with North Bridge. Cross North Bridge and continue walking straight onto the High Street. Keep walking straight for approximately 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Look for Chalmers Close, which is a small alleyway on your left just before you reach St. Giles' Cathedral. Turn into Chalmers Close, and the Museum of Magic, Fortune-telling & Witchcraft Ltd will be located at 1, Chalmers Close, 81 High St, Edinburgh EH1 1SS.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch Lothian Buses service 35 from the nearest bus stop to your location. Make sure you board a bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the 'High Street' stop. From there, walk towards St. Giles' Cathedral and then follow the instructions for walking from the High Street to Chalmers Close. The museum is just a short walk from there.

If you are near the tram line, take the tram towards York Place. Get off at the 'Princes Street' stop. Walk towards the Mound and then head down towards the Royal Mile.
