    If you are in South Bank, start at the Southbank Centre. Head east towards the river Thames. Once you reach the riverbank, turn left and walk along the Thames Path. Continue walking until you see the iconic London Eye on your right. Keep walking along the river, and you will soon see the Westminster Bridge ahead. Cross Westminster Bridge, and once you are on the other side, follow the road to the left (Westminster Bridge Road). After a short walk, you'll find the Memorial Wall on your right, located near the junction with York Road.

    From South Bank, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch bus number 77 or 211 from the bus stop near the London Eye. Board the bus and travel towards the direction of Waterloo. Get off at the stop called 'Westminster Bridge'. After exiting the bus, walk towards Westminster Bridge Road and you will find the Memorial Wall nearby.
