Continue walking until you reach the end of the South Bank, where you will see a fork in the path. Take the path to the left, which leads you towards Upper Ground. Follow this path for a short distance until you reach Observation Point at 56 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PP.

    You can take a bus if you prefer a quicker route. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is on Belvedere Road, adjacent to the Royal Festival Hall. Look for bus routes 1, 68, or 168, which will take you towards Waterloo Station. Get off at the stop called 'Waterloo Station.' From there, it’s a short walk: exit the station, head towards York Road, and then turn left onto Upper Ground. Continue straight for a few minutes, and you will find Observation Point at 56 Upper Ground.
