If you're driving from Sutherland, start by heading south on the A9 towards Inverness. Continue on the A9 for approximately 120 miles. As you approach the city of Inverness, follow signs for the A82 towards Fort William, then merge onto the A86. After approximately 30 miles, take the exit to join the A9 again, heading south. Continue on the A9 until you reach the M6 motorway. Merge onto the M6 and follow it south towards London. Once you are nearing London, follow signs for the A503 towards the City of London. Continue on the A503 until you reach Threadneedle Street. The Bank of England will be on your right side at Threadneedle St, London EC2R 8AH. Expect to pay for parking in central London, which can be quite expensive.

The journey may take approximately 10-12 hours, depending on connections. Once you arrive at Euston Station, you can take the London Underground.
