From the center of Windsor, head towards Windsor and Eton Central Station. Once you reach the station, take a train to London Waterloo, which is about a 30-minute journey. After arriving at London Waterloo, exit the station and walk towards the South Bank, heading east along the river Thames. Continue walking until you reach the Millennium Bridge. Cross the bridge and then turn left onto Bankside. Continue walking until you see the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at 21 New Globe Walk, which will be on your right. The total walking distance from the station is approximately 15 minutes.

From Windsor, walk to the nearest bus stop (Windsor Theatre Royal) and take the Green Line 702 bus towards London. This bus will take you to London Victoria Coach Station. From Victoria, you can take the London Underground (District Line) to Embankment Station. Once at Embankment, walk towards the river Thames and head east along the South Bank until you reach the Millennium Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Bankside. The Sam Wanamaker Playhouse will be located on your right at 21 New Globe Walk. The total journey time may vary, but it usually takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
