Start at the entrance of the Sistine Chapel. Exit the chapel and head towards the main exit of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Cross the street and proceed straight onto Via della Stazione di San Pietro. Follow this road until you reach the train station, Stazione di San Pietro. From here, take the train towards Roma Ostiense. After a few stops, disembark at Roma Ostiense station.
