Walking
To get to Fontana del Tritone from Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From St. Peter's Square, head towards Via della Conciliazione and follow it until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, continue straight to Via di Borgo Pio. Take a right onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, then follow it until you reach Via della Pilotta. Finally, turn left onto Via del Tritone which will bring you directly to Piazza Barberini where Fontana del Tritone is located.

Public Transport - Bus
From Sistine Chapel, walk back towards the Vatican Museums and find the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Termini and get off at the stop called 'Piazza Venezia'. From Piazza Venezia, walk towards Via del Tritone, and after a short walk, you will reach Fontana del Tritone located in Piazza Barberini.

From Sistine Chapel, walk to the Ottaviano Metro Station (Line A). Take the Metro towards Anagnina and get off at the 'Termini' station. Transfer to Metro Line B and take it towards Laurentina. Get off at 'Barberini' station. Exit the station, and you will be just a short walk away from Fontana del Tritone located in Piazza Barberini.
