    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, walk straight along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From there, walk straight down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, head straight down Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight until you reach the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. From there, take a right onto Via Merulana and follow it until you reach the intersection with Via del Monte Oppio. Turn left onto Via del Monte Oppio, and Parco del Colle Oppio will be on your right.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop at Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Colosseo'. From the bus stop, walk towards the Colosseum and take Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue walking until you reach the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. After visiting the Basilica, walk along Via Merulana until you reach the intersection with Via del Monte Oppio. Turn left onto Via del Monte Oppio, and you will find Parco del Colle Oppio on your right.
