If you are starting from Hoan Kiem Lake, head northwest along Đinh Tiên Hoàng Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tràng Thi Street. Turn left onto Tràng Thi and walk until you reach the intersection with Hùng Vương Street. Turn right onto Hùng Vương Street. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum on your left at 1 Hùng Vương, Điện Biên, Ba Đình.

From the Hanoi Opera House, take Bus No. 9 or 18 from the nearby bus stop. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and get off at the stop for Hùng Vương Street. Walk for about 5 minutes straight along Hùng Vương, and you will reach Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum located at 1 Hùng Vương, Điện Biên, Ba Đình.

If you prefer a cyclo ride, you can hire one from any tourist area, such as near Hoan Kiem Lake or the Old Quarter. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, and the driver will drop you off right in front of the mausoleum.
