If you are traveling by car, start from the center of The Skagit Valley. Take State Route 20 East towards Rockport. Continue on SR 20 for about 30 miles until you reach the junction with State Route 97. Take the exit onto SR 97 South towards Omak. After approximately 25 miles, merge onto Silver Skagit Road. Follow Silver Skagit Road for about 10 miles until you reach Skagit Valley Provincial Park. There are no tolls on this route, and parking is available at the park entrance.

To reach Skagit Valley Provincial Park via public transportation, you can take a bus from Mount Vernon to Concrete. The Skagit Transit bus service operates routes that connect to surrounding areas. Check the Skagit Transit website for the current schedule. Once you arrive in Concrete, you will need to use a taxi or rideshare service to reach Silver Skagit Road, as public transport does not extend directly to the park. Expect to pay for the bus fare and potentially for the taxi or rideshare service.
