Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Grand Canyon Village Visitor Center, head northeast on Village Loop Drive. Walk along the path towards the Trail of Time, which is a paved walking path. Continue straight until you reach the shuttle bus stop for the Blue Route. Board the Blue Route shuttle heading towards the east. Stay on the bus for approximately 8 stops until you reach the 'Moran Point' stop. Once you disembark, follow the short walking path to the viewpoint, taking in the stunning scenery along the way.

    If you have a bike, start from the Grand Canyon Village center and head south towards the Rim Trail. Follow the Rim Trail eastward, which will guide you along the canyon's edge. Continue biking until you reach the junction for the Blue Route shuttle stop. You can either continue on the Rim Trail or take the shuttle bus from the nearest stop to Moran Point. The bike ride should take about 30 minutes, while the shuttle ride will take around 20 minutes.
