From Rila, take the road heading towards Samokov. Follow signs for Samokov (approximately 30 km drive). Upon reaching Samokov, continue towards the village of Govedartsi. You will need to turn left onto the road leading to Govedartsi. After driving through Govedartsi, continue straight until you reach Malyovitsa Hut, which is approximately 10 km from Govedartsi. The hut is located at coordinates 42.1890277, 23.3736384. There is no entrance fee to access the hut, but be aware of parking regulations in the area.

To reach Malyovitsa Hut using public transportation, start from Rila and make your way to Samokov by bus. Buses are available from Rila to Samokov, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. After arriving in Govedartsi, the hut is around 10 km away, and you may need to walk or arrange for a taxi to cover this last stretch.
